Biography
Kirsti Anne Wakelin is a planter of plants, an enjoyer of tea, a rescuer of crows, a collector of books (which she buys for the pictures), a recycler, a friend of dogs, cats and all animals regardless of how many legs they do or do not possess. She is a lover of things that were built to last, a critic of the disposable, and a fan of film and print. She has waded with beluga whales and was once bitten by a seal. She is also an illustrator, designer and fine artist and lives in Vancouver, B.C.
