Biography
Marian MacDougall was born and raised in Vancouver. As a registered speech-language pathologist she has worked with children from newborn to teenagers for over 25 years. Like one of her characters Rita who was dreaming of recipes to make, Marian dreamed of writing while raising 4 children and a variety of animals in New Westminster. She is still inspired and challenged by children with special needs.
