Biography

Born in Vancouver, William New was educated at the University of BC and the University of Leeds. He taught English and Canadian Studies at UBC for several years. Author and Editor of over fifty books, including nine books of poetry and four books for children (of different ages), he enjoys travelling, gardening, and the racquet game of squash.
He lives with his wife in Vancouver.
